I’m Sharee McCants, a health industry professional turned menopausal coach. After years of battling severe depression and low self-esteem due to losing my hair from Alopecia, my fitness journey became my saving grace. During this time, I discovered how nutrition planning and a consistent workout regimen can have a tremendous impact on your physical and mental health -- especially during menopause.
Now, my favorite pastime is helping fabulous women who are transitioning into the central “period” of their life become their best selves by developing a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle.

Working in the prescription benefit management space for over a decade has exposed me to the high prescription costs associated with chronic illnesses and underlying health conditions. When dealing with menopausal patients, most health professionals and coaches resort to pills, creams and other prescription drugs as a first resort for treatment without getting to the real root of the problem, which most likely is stress resulting from major life changes and events.
